What you’re going to do is choose three affirmations.

These are the three things that you want to manifest into your life.

  1. For example, one of them could be. I’m so happy and grateful. I now have a loving relationship manifested into my life.
  2. I’m so happy and grateful unexpected money flows to me wherever I go.
  3. I love my job. I am happy, and I wake up with energy and passion every day to do my dream job.

Whatever the three things are that you want, write them down without judging or overthinking. It is the three in the 3-6-9 equation.

Yes, six times a day! We know it seems like a lot at first glance, but that is how it works. Nikola Tesla said everything is energy, vibration, and frequency. When you get on the same frequency repeatedly throughout the day, guess what’s going to show up in your life? The Universe, God, whatever you want to call the higher power, will manifest things to you like a co-creator.

Successful people become obsessed with their goals. They live, breathe, and sleep what they want to achieve day after day without giving up or becoming cynical. It is the reason they reach it because they do manifestation techniques all day long.

It would be best if you were in alignment with the things you want. It is not enough to say it. You can say, “I want this,” but without conviction, it will not work. Forget the false Law of Attraction stuff that people talk about where they tell you it’s as simple as being like Aladdin and the universe, and you rub this lamp and out pops this genie to grant you wishes. It is not how the universe or manifestation techniques work.

The first step is getting in the vibration and the frequency of what you want to attract.

Step Number Three – Review those 3 manifestations, 6 times a day for 9 seconds each.

Yes, it is a routine. It is a 27-second routine that you do six times a day. That is a total for a day of 162 seconds or just under 3 minutes altogether over each day.

If you can not or will not commit twenty-seven seconds, six times a day, then I’m willing to argue you probably don’t want the thing you want to manifest bad enough. You do not have to meditate 20 minutes a day, though you could do 3-minute mindfulness meditation. Manifesting what you want and abundance does take work. In this case, just under 3 minutes of total brain work over the course of the day.

There’s some skepticism with the law of attraction and manifesting in the spirituality community. I get a little annoyed when people make manifestation techniques and the laws of attraction about things that do not emphasize actually needing to do work and take action.

You can literally go from scratch, from zero, just by having the intention and taking the actions. It would be best if you were in alignment with your affirmations and continuously move towards the declaration.

Be open to these ideas that there is something beyond the physical. An energetic frequency connects us all and connects you to the universe and all things. Another favored law of attraction manifestation techniques is the 5 x 55 method. It is also known as the 5-5-5 method.

The 5 x 55 method is that for 5 days straight, you want to write down basically what it is that you want, and you do that 55 times in a row. So it is a labor-intensive strategy with a lot of writing involved.

I would highly recommend that you use this strategy, which I think you absolutely should; please just try doing it maybe once a month or a few times a year. The reason for using it sparingly is that if I were doing this all the time, I would probably get sick and tired of the task.

Since this strategy is so labor-intensive, only use it for something that will put you forward a few steps in life. Also, pick something that is somewhat reasonable while still pushing the pushes boundaries of what you believe.

In other words, I wouldn’t waste time doing this strategy trying to manifest something that could be small. Pick something that’s relatively significant for the 5 x 55 manifestation technique.

One of the cool things about this particular strategy is that because you’re writing down the goal over and over and over again, your mind really starts thinking about that goal pretty quickly. Within about 24 hours, you’ll get great ideas of how you can manifest that affirmation. It is not going to pop out of thin air. You are not going to get a knock on the door, and someone is going to hand you money, or Mr. Dreamboat shows up out of nowhere and asks for your hand in marriage.

You will feel all this immense inspiration, and you need to act on those particular ideas. Get the concepts by using the 5 x 55 method and put them into action.
